PARIS DESIGN WEEK is an itinerary uniting 300 participants that all proudly promote first-rate design in Paris. At a time when new collections are popping up in stores and the new concepts for the autumn season are being launched, the event brings together the talents and forces of retailers, galleries, showrooms, hotels and restaurants for eight days to share their experience in design and creation with the public.

Clerkenwell is one of the most important design hubs in the world, home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else on the planet.
In the last two decades, Clerkenwell’s unique variety of buildings has been transformed into studios, showrooms and workshops, attracting architectural, design and creative practices.
In 2015, over 35,400 visitors attended the festival, a 10% increase from 2014. In total, 65% of the 2015 visitors were architects and designers.

The Salone is now into its 55th year, championing innovation and internationality – in fact the number of foreign exhibitors has risen again, now making up almost 30% of all the manufacturers at the fair. It is clearly going to be an interesting edition, both in terms of the wide-ranging commercial offering from a line-up of top specialist companies on the national and international market, and in terms of the search for a balance between tradition and innovation in the name of quality and culture.
