In October of each year, Dutch Design Week (DDW) takes place in Eindhoven. The biggest design event in Northern Europe presents work and ideas of more than 2600 designers to more than 335,000 visitors from home and abroad. In more than hundred locations across the city, DDW organises and facilitates exhibitions, lectures, prize ceremonies, networking events, debates and festivities.

Barcelona Design Week (BDW), organised by Barcelona Design Centre (BCD Barcelona Design Centre), a must-attend event on design, creativity and innovation in Barcelona and one of the most important Design Weeks on the international calendar, will be held from 6 to 14 June. The annual event is a meeting point for companies, entrepreneurs and professionals from the sector, and an opportunity for the general public interested in creativity. Last edition of the BDW welcomed a record attendance of over 20.000 people

The Salone Internazionale del Mobile was founded in 1961 as a vehicle for promoting Italian furniture and furnishings exports and soon became the most keenly awaited event in the world of furniture.

Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair is the initiator behind Stockholm Design Week, which functions as a meeting place for the industry outside of the Fair's halls. It is also a party for all the design-lovers out there, since many of the exhibitions are open to the general public.
